- 3. Fabrication. Shades are custom-made to your measurements.
- 4. Install and program. We install, set limits and scenes, connect your app and voice assistant, and show you how it all works.
Questions
How long do the batteries last?
Lutron rates Triathlon at three to five years at about two raises and lowers a day. When batteries run low, the shade moves at half speed as a reminder.
Battery or wired for my home?
For finished rooms, battery is usually the cleaner choice. Wired systems make sense in new construction or major renovations, where wiring can be planned before the walls close.
Do they work with Alexa, Google, or Apple Home?
Yes, through the Lutron Caséta Smart Hub. The Pico remote keeps working even if the internet goes down.
Can I start with one room?
Yes. Many clients start with a bedroom or great room and add rooms later on the same system.
How long from measure to install?
Shades are custom-made, so there is a fabrication period between measuring and installation.
